So Much Opportunity!

Pros

The company works with such great partners (NBA, NFL, Disney) and we have a huge amount of untapped opportunity in the product and in the technology.

Cons

There have been layoffs and restructurings and it is taking a toll on team morale. We now have a scrappy team - which is much better. But, there is a lot of work to do and the team is often focused on the cultural hurdles instead of the product and engineering issues in front of them.
