I love working at Deccan. The list of "Pros" is very long, here are a few: - The Fire and EMS industry is interesting and there are always new and exciting projects - The clients are wonderful to work with - The applications we build are amazing and are always improving with the company's focus on R&D - We have talented Engineering and OR Developers that make the R&D a reality. - The company is flexible enough to incorporate client feedback into feature enhancements to our products quickly - The entire team at Deccan is as hard working and dedicated as any I have ever worked with - It is amazing to work with such talented people - The environment is very supportive, we all work together to meet the needs of our clients and I feel we all have an appreciation for the role each person plays in the process -The company is very open to creative ways to solve problems - we are not bogged down by red tape. - The executive team genuinely cares about creating a positive culture - over the years there have been many positive changes and additional perks offered to employees.
