Managers and directors get too personally involved with people which clouds their judgement on what's best for the company. They don't want to pursue professional building in the work environment and instead become friendly to high executive to secure their position. Managers and directors do not look out for their employees when their employees work is questioned by other departments. Managers and directors are preoccupied with delegating their responsibilities and taking credit for their employees work. Some members of the staff hold conflicting titles that allows them to bend the rules to their benefit which is a serious concern. No sign of relinquising them from one of the two conflicting positions. If it wasn't mentioned, as a part time person, they will take advantage and work a person full time regardless of the part time status and will not move you to full time.
