Helps get experience for bigger firms, and was a good place to get started with low experience

Cons

Being honest, if you work in the US it truly feels like the company does not care for you. There is little to no communication, no clear path of development, and realistically feels expendable. Salary compensation is also well well below anyone you would work with in these financial institutions, while doing the exact same roles.
