Pros

Lots of growth opportunities. Great company if you desire to work remotely, as most employees do. Management/leadership have great experience, very motivational and transparent. Monthly all hands conference calls provide good insight to corporate goals and achievements, and employee recognition. Bonus potential. Fun employee engagement get-togethers. Free snacks and drinks in the Irvine HQ!

This is not the company culture for everyone. It's important to know yourself and how you best fit into a company. As of this writing, company is expanding rapidly and is tough going, but this opens opportunities along with the challenges Must be very self-reliant, but this is only a negative if you require more supervision
