It’s a fast-paced environment, but in a good way. Every day is different, and there's always something new to learn. Recognized for hard work. Amazing Supervisors and Directors.
Cons
Still in startup mode and moves fast. Everyday we learn something new, and sometimes there is a lack of communication. Senior Level makes decisions, and lower level only finds out after something has gone "live"

Mission Driven Culture: Detego Health is truly focused on transforming healthcare through data and automation. Collaborative Environment: The cross-functional collaboration here is strong. As part of the PMO, I work closely with system, product, client/cx success, and leadership, and there’s a shared sense of purpose. Leadership Accessibility: Senior leadership is approachable and transparent. They take time to share company direction and welcome feedback, which is refreshing and builds trust. Opportunities to Learn: There’s room to take on diverse responsibilities. It’s a fast-paced environment, which pushes you to grow quickly and wear multiple hats. Remote Flexibility: The company supports a remote-first culture while still maintaining good team connection and communication.
Cons
Scaling Challenges: As with many growing organizations, some internal processes are still maturing, which can occasionally result in ambiguity or cross-functional inefficiencies. Workload Fluctuations: Project timelines and client deliverables can shift rapidly, which sometimes leads to heavier workloads. Time management and flexibility are key. Limited Formal Training: Although on-the-job learning is abundant, there’s an opportunity to strengthen formal training and structured onboarding as the company continues to scale.
