Too many to list here. Ultimately in working for this company you will be asked to lie and, misrepresent facts to landlords, owners and clients. Upper management has no morals and could care less about any people that work for them. If you work for this company you will get fired. In management you will get fired within 2 to 3 years 60% of the time.

Great weekday schedule with full time hours and decent pay

Cons

- Management takes advantage of you - They expect you to work until you drop and get to lots at a certain time sharply and yells at you if you're late to it. - Throws you under the bus to city council for city lots - Lies, cheats, and brutal - Did I mention they abuse you? Save yourself the trouble. Don't ever work here. Don't ever apply here. Just don't ever.

Pros

Medical/dental/vision is decent. You get the required Seattle sick leave. The location is nice where you can walk to many places during lunch etc.

Cons

No HR dept so they do things their own way. If they don't like you you're out! Micro-management, behind the times with vacation/PTO policy, no flexibility with work schedule...the list goes on and on.
