Pros

Digital Asset has a lot of employee perks, like random Fridays off and WFH stipends. The culture is inclusive and growing. The engineers are extremely qualified.

Cons

Digital Asset is quite segmented - portions of the company (engineering, marketing, sales, client solutions etc.) don't really engage with one another. You may be siloed to just one.
