      Pros

      Last two years, the job has exposed me to not just sales but the importance of relationship building. Results happen and it gets acknowledged. Clarity has been the best part of this job.

      Cons

      When clients can't afford the cost of new-experiential creatives, we should scale down to give what is affordable. Nothing else I guess.

      For an art person.. its the best thing there is.. I have worked in agencies where the guidance is just another word for insulting. Good people around... of course there were some bad apples and luckily they left soon after I joined.. I also want to say its a gender neutral firm...

      Cons

      More clients and more fun get together :)

      Pros

      I loved working at Digital Guru. Its full of fun, creative, entrepreneurial types. Management is always open to listen and is committed to being an innovative and successful company, while remaining inclusive and respectful.

      Cons

      the role here is continuously changing, but management's positive energy and great communication helps for an easy transition.
