Pros

They have an air conditioned warehouse.

Cons

Read what everyone else wrote. It's all true. They say that they're trying to change but it comes from the top so.... yea. They treat women like garbage. Important note, in 2019 the audio department all resigned on the same day. Something to think about.

Opportunities to work large scale events, gain experience within the industry

Cons

Quite a toxic work environment. Work life balance (which isn’t great in the industry to begin with) is very poor. Conisistent 60-90 hour work weeks. Pay was extremely low.
