They don't have a clue what they're doing. Worst organization I've ever worked for. The fail at every turn. Leaving both clients and employees wondering if they've been scammed. Guess what, you are if you're considering working for or with Distillery.

• Great place to work • Management is extremely supportive for career growth and learning new skills • Working with a consultancy firm, the projects are always changing, so there is always a place to learn about different technologies, different platforms, and different product spaces/industries. • The people at the company truly do their best to build the best products possible and are easy to work with. • The leadership truly cares about getting work done. If there is a tool or service that can make it more efficient, just asking will get you what is needed 95% of the time.

Cons

• If you are in the US and working with a distributed team, expect to be available early in the mornings. The hours are not crazy, but 7am meetings are not irregular.

Very talented people work here, but unfortunately, they have been harmed.

Cons

This company only deceives its clients about creating innovative solutions, while the reality is different. They have dedicated themselves to lying to their collaborators in Mexico, as Distillery has committed tax fraud since 2021, affecting all of us employees. They have given false excuses about solving the fiscal problems, but nothing has ever happened. Everyone, from the CEO down, lies.
