      Lack of hours Customers Lack of assistance to keep the store clean, stocked and organized Pallets and pallets of freight we can’t get out due to lack of hours and support from higher ups

      Almost no pros in my case besides the cool coworkers.

      Cons

      Constant call outs, leading to having to close by myself. Company doesn't really care as long as they get a deposit at the end of the night!!
