Pros

-We have a very "family" feel at this organization and truly value employee's personal/family time and obligations. -Management is moving the company in the right direction for future success. -Fairly recession- and COVID- "proof". -Very robust medical benefits package.

Cons

-Some COVID related takeaways but these are short term.

Pros

Unlimited potential to grow this company and modernize it to current industry standards. Management provides opportunities to make improvements on your own terms. If you have what it takes, you can be a self directed trailblazer. The employees here a fantastic. I have made more meaningful friendships here in under a year than I did at my last job where I was at over a decade.

Cons

The sheer scope of what needs to be done can be overwhelming and discouraging at times. This is a fast paced job and sometimes what it takes to meet our customer's expectations can leave little in the way of 6S and lean manufacturing development. This is to be expected in a plant with such a diverse product line in a demanding market.
