Leadership fake and performative. Made to feel guilty for expressing concerns or needs then gasllit. Favoritism. Big disparity between executive leadership pay and other staff, especially ambassadors. Ambassadors are treated like workhorses that are underpaid and underappreciated. It's hard to watch. The organization could be so great. But it's all very fake and soooo many people there are unhappy.

The politics in the office affect those that work in the field. No matter how well you do in the position you won't get a performance based raised. Just usually a 3% increase which is practically nothing.
