Management team is small enough that you have the ability to be heard at any level. Leadership cares about employees and will do what they can to keep good employees. Leadership is always looking for new revenue streams .
Cons
In Oil & Gas there are no guarantees. Sometimes the business has to close a shop and move the assets to a new location which negatively impacts employees who don't want to move.
