Great company mission with a great product. Have been with the company for a few years and seen it grow immensely in the last few. The CEO Dan is very intense and has high expectations for everyone, so definitely not a company for the faint hearted. Generous leave policy and supportive colleagues, with more good people than bad.

Cons

Folks seem to be running thin, we could easily use more people. CEO can rub off wrongly on some and can be very blunt if you are not performing.
