Pros
Small company. Several individual contributors are outstanding while C-Suite is out of touch.
Cons
Biggest con is when management reneges on the incentive compensation plan, costing some reps thousands of dollars. Add in that the salary is below industry average (yes, we compare) and our overall compensation is just lower. I would recommend that anyone interviewing here to challenge the starting salary against current industry standards in oncology and critical care. Executive leadership is not uniform (in quality and direction) and thus the company and patients suffer. I will say that our future holds promise with a newly placed EVP, but we need direction and results.
