Pros
I learned so much during my time at East End House. The community is fantastic. The young people, families, staff, and community partners are why people work here and you can tell everyone is passionate about the mission. There has been opportunity for advancement and to learn a lot about nonprofit management.
Cons
Because the organization is small and trying to do a lot, sometimes there isn't as much structure as some people would want or need. The leadership tries to address this, but this is definitely a place for self-starters and folks that feel comfortable asking questions so that they get the information they need.

If you’re passionate about youth community development, you’ll find like-minded individuals there. It’s one of the most rewarding jobs I’ve ever had.
