      Pros

      It's leadership cares. Promote s developmental opportunities, work life balance, collaboration across sectors and rewards accomplishments. The benefits are generous. The perks are numerous. Their HR Dept. Is second to none. I am a military vet and Federal Government employee (retired) with >45 years. It's a small company making huge strides.

      Good, talented people that work well as a team! You can directly contribute to the success of a project without fear of retribution if you fail. Great guidance without being micro managed.
