      Great company. Not much room for growth.

      Pros

      This is a great place to work and learn a lot of skills. Great culture, great people.

      Cons

      There is not very much turnover, specifically at the upper level, so there is not a lot of room for promotion unless you put in 7 to 10+ years and they create a role or someone somehow leaves.

      Pros

      100% WFH, do not force you to come into the office. Brilliant work/life balance. Do occasional fun stuff for employees. Excellent benefits and decent PTO which is pretty easy to get.

      Cons

      Pay is pretty low compared to industry standard.
