As a software engineer, I had the opportunity to work on impactful projects and contribute meaningfully to the team. The culture encourages initiative and innovation, and you're surrounded by technically strong, motivated coworkers. Higher management is approachable, supportive, and focused on both individual and company success.

      Cons

      While the company culture is positive overall, there's a noticeable lack of diversity in the workforce. Broadening diversity in backgrounds and perspectives would make the environment even more dynamic and inclusive.
