The atmosphere is pretty dismal. It is a depressing place to work. The "supposed" upper management is a group of pompous spineless bunch of power hungry individuals. You always feel that you will be next on the chopping block. I cringe when upper management comes on the Mfg floor, thinking it could be me next. Past firings seem to be personal and unnecessary.
