Pros
They have pa-load for agents after 90 days. The interview process is really quick I guess it depends on each account.
Cons
Got an offer for a T-Mobile account. Regretted it in real time. They keep saying #happyhere but they never really cared about the agents. Toxic workplace for the LOB I came from and it's draining. Low Salary offer, they not aligned with the market. Clue: offers such as way back 2013.😂
