Good place to start and learn about many different technologies Great people and culture Interaction with customers

Cons

Absolutely no carreer plan Huge favouritism Impossible goals and high pressure - sales/management push tight deadlines and make commitments to clients without technical background Lots of extra time Senior Management is unprepared and not able prioritize activities reasonably

Co-workers are kind, the bosses are usually nice and respectable ! And for sure you will make at least some friends.

Cons

The enterprise should be bigger to offer more and more opportunities to the employees, but it already offer some good ones.
