Pros
If management like you every part of the job goes as smooth as possible plus you get promotions and raises (which make no sense if you look at the performance numbers).
Cons
Management plays favorites. Management will give their favorite credit for the work that you did. If any mistakes are made then management punishes you even if you can prove you did nothing wrong. They will not give you any warning or feedback about anything but just randomly fire you. It makes since now since the manager immediately hired a friend of theirs to replace me. They promise to help with education and career development but only actually follow through with this for their favorites. They changed the bonus structure promising the employees would make more money. But in reality most employees made significantly less in bonuses. Plus be prepared to learn and consistently use 15+ different systems throughout the day. Also, Onin treats their temps horribly. They are consistently messing up pay and most recruiters really play favorites. Don't work here as an employee or temp.
