Thank you for your feedback. It is great to hear you feel a sense of autonomy and freedom in your role. Trust is one of our six Culture Cornerstones and it is fundamental to how we operate. We have also taken huge steps since you wrote your review to tackle the issues you raised. For one, we have a much more modern approach to internal communications – using various channels and tools to communicate key messages (including company vision and goals) to employees at all levels, locations and job functions. Our recent employee survey from 2020 indicated that an incredible 91% of employees feel a sense of clarity regarding what they are expected to achieve in their daily work. We hope to better this even further over the coming years.
