Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. It is so nice to read your favorable views of our people and benefits package. With regards to our employees, we are particularly proud of the diversity of our teams across the globe – with nearly 8,000 employees, 52 nationalities and an 80% employee index rating. Leadership is something we have been working a lot on improving recently, with our Leadership Development programs, ongoing training offerings – not to mention our new female leadership development program. One key statistic from our recent employee survey indicates we are moving in the right direction and that is: 85% of our people feel respected by their line manager or supervisor. Our Leadership Principles will ensure we continue to focus on improving in this area over the coming years.
