Amazing company, no words, great culture

Cannot think of anything at this point

AppFolio has been heading in the right direction from a company management perspective and they do a good job of giving their employees a good work/life balance.

The pay has been pretty stagnant for the last ~3 years. I recognize this is by design and it has allowed AppFolio to avoid to do more than just the 1 set of layoffs in difficult economic times but still this hurts for someone trying to raise a family.
