Pros

Very supportive team with a collaborative culture and people who genuinely want to see each other succeed. I've had the opportunity to grow professionally, take on new challenges, and make a meaningful impact. Leadership gives you the trust and ownership to do your job while continuing to invest in the company's growth and its people.

Cons

Like any growing company, processes are always evolving. It can take some flexibility and patience as new systems and improvements are rolled out.

Pros

Joining CityVet has truly been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. From the beginning, I have had the opportunity to work alongside an incredibly passionate, values driven, collaborative, and genuinely KIND group of professionals. There is a strong sense of purpose throughout the organization, and it is clear that people care deeply about the work they do, the teams they support, and the communities they serve. From day one, I have felt trusted and empowered to contribute in meaningful ways. I’ve been encouraged to share ideas, take ownership, and look for opportunities to make a positive impact. That level of support has made the work feel engaging and worthwhile. The leadership team consistently demonstrates the values they communicate. Integrity, innovation, transparency, and kindness are not just words they are reflected in the way decisions are made, how teams collaborate, and how people are treated. I have especially appreciated the open communication, the willingness to listen, and the genuine commitment to creating a supportive workplace. CityVet has given me the chance to be part of something meaningful while working with people who lead with compassion and care. I’m grateful to be part of an organization that values its people, encourages collaboration, and believes that kindness can make a real difference.

Cons

It’s difficult to identify any significant cons. Leadership is receptive to feedback, listens when concerns arise, and takes thoughtful action to address them. That responsiveness helps create a supportive environment where employees feel heard and valued.
