Pros
This really depends on the brand you work for as cultures differ a lot. - Smart and friendly coworkers - Interesting projects and business (and technical) problems to solve - Good health insurance
Cons
- Below market compensation (depending on when you start). Don't expect high raises - No clear organization wide direction or vision. Depending on the brand you work in, you may feel irrelevant to the direction of the company. - Highly hierarchical structure. The CEO is at least 7 levels above you - A lot of red tape - Internal tools used (a lot of it is in-house) are outdated and highly inefficient
