      Good number of yearly leaves. Flexible working hours and allows hybrid working for at max 2 days/week

      Cons

      Compensation not that competitive compare to market. Middle management mostly filled up with old people who just wants to survive, making it impossible for vertical growth for anyone below them. Rigid and outdated HR policies.
