      Pros

      The company funded the ESOP which is now 100% owned by the employees. No loans or debt --- operates from cash. Company value has doubled in past three years. Very focused on customer satisfaction.

      Cons

      Growing too fast. Communication could be better so the 400 plus employees in 17 locations know what is the vision for the future.

      Pros

      Very friendly and helpful peers. Employee ownership is a true benefit financially and culturally, there is a true sense of ownership top down.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, management micro-manages activity and hyper critical. Onboarding was slow and somehow there was still expectation for high activity.
