Pros
the ESOP, and retirement are great, there are tons of great people and generally a good time working there. there are also a lot of great projects to work on and transferring offices is fairly easy. i have also traveled to a lot of different places that i would not have gone on my own
Cons
when they say 75-80% chargeable they mean 100% no matter what management says. it can be difficult to advance to higher positions and raises tend to be far and few between. promotions are heavily dependent on certifications and getting them can be difficult when you can not go to the required classed. the last big con is every office does there own thing and there is no consistency outside of the company name
