      Projects are more often than not rewarding. You get a lot of support from the company and co-workers to further your education/career goals.

      Nothing to share. Overall a solid place to work.

      Pros

      Very friendly and helpful peers. Employee ownership is a true benefit financially and culturally, there is a true sense of ownership top down.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, management micro-manages activity and hyper critical. Onboarding was slow and somehow there was still expectation for high activity.
