Pros

The paychecks you receive and the benefits Being treated like an human being by the tribe... sometimes

Cons

Dealing with adult children that don't comprehend the odds are against them Working for supervisors more interested in their own benefits than caring for your own Consistently being treated as a less than rather than the person holding it all together Pay not representative of the mental anguish you endure Consistently undermined to cater to petty antics from customers Expected to calculate asinine mathematics in your head Treated like whatever's less than dirt by customers and managers only out for their own gains Loss of hearing from music (during holidays) or guests when they scream or shout with every action (specifically craps) The lack of basic human emotions pit managers give to employees so they can appear to be the good guy and keep the customer at the game Lack of ergonomic conditions for employees
