      Values, work-life balance, leadership, ingenuity. Working here is great! They treat their employees nice. Good pay. Gret benefits. Supportive management. Flexable hours. Salary. I highly reccomend you work for Ford if you get the chance. They're a great company to work for.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to list. I enjoyed my time and highly reccomend you work there if you can. It can be very competitive to get in but well worth it.

      -fun , new exciting projects with a lot of scope and potential

      -long hours , sometimes at night or early mornings -lots of management changes, sometimes too many -travel

      Pros

      Pretty easy job, low stress, good work life balance, nice people. If you just want a place where you can maintain a stable career, with decent pay, and a good work life balance, you could do much worse than Ford.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership decisions. ADAS got wrecked over the past 2 years. Most of the talented engineers that I knew have moved on. Part was intentional attrition via return to office mandates and the rest was just the fact that the talented folks who could easily get new jobs got frustrated enough to leave. If you're interested in deep technical work related to autonomy, robotics, ADAS, etc - Ford is not the place you want to be. All of the interesting work has been moved to Latitude, Ford ADAS is mostly just supplier management now.
