A lot of misrepresentation when it comes to people getting hired on. In the year of 2026 a lot of people feel entitled to get paid more than what they are worth and people with that attitude makes this business hard to work in. Commission is not for everyone but to shun a business because it is not for you seems to be childish. Many people make successful careers out of being an agent like myself but don't expect it to be handed to you. I hated everything to do with my last Career at whataburger but I'm not going to leave a bad review on the place. It simply wasn't for me but that is where some people strive to work their entire life. If you want to bet on yourself or have always wanted to be in entrepreneurship, Liberty National is for you. If you know you like being told what to do, need a boss, and want a salary, then it probably won't be for you. The choice is yours.
