If you're not someone who focuses on pleasing the right people, don't expect a healthy work-life balance, meaningful pay hikes, or fair promotion opportunities. Recognition and career growth often seem to depend more on favoritism than on performance.

At a time where AI is in high demand the company is also matching and remaining competitive with some of the top corporates in the Industry by utilizing recent grads and top performing students. Luckily I happened to be on their shortlist and they made me an offer. I couldn't be more proud and see that my dreams are finally coming to reality. Thanks Infosys for this wonderful opportunity.

I couldn't find anything negative to say about a company that responds to your needs at the time that you need it the most except that I have to wait for two weeks to start. This is just me being sarcastic.
