Cons

Slow advancement for junior marketers, company culture is becoming more internally competitive and political and less collaborative, top down decision making

Pros

For those looking to make their mark, there is a lot of opportunity to be a part of the never-ending transformation. If you're good on building and motivating teams, developing and executing strategy, you'll find a place at KHC no matter what department.

Cons

Constant reorgs and changing corporate strategy. Hard to stay motivated for team and keep them on the right path and engaged. Still very ops and manufacturing driven. Some depts still significantly underfunded which makes is hard to prioritize and execute projects.
