Pros
I have been very impressed by the development resources available for you here. I’ve had excellent classroom training, networking opportunities across the firm and teammates and clients in studies who also teach me a lot. You get a chance to grow both personally but also can see your clients developing throughout your study. The environment is very entrepreneurial, and if you look for ways to get involved with your passions you can find some spectacular opportunities. From a capability building standpoint, the Firm has studied and understands how to coach, motivate and train adults. The skills you learn through coaching clients will be valuable for your entire life.
Cons
If you are easily tempted by curiosity you can really get involved with a lot. You need to be measured and precise with what you sign up for so that you can give back to your communities, but don’t get stretched too thin. The good news is there are countless feedback mechanisms built into the firm both explicitly and implicitly to help you stay on track.
