Didn’t love floating on other floors often

This is one of the higher paying pink collar positions in the area I’m in and because they are 1199 the union ensures a raise each year. The union really goes to bat for the employees and there are some very nice perks like holiday lunches and appreciation weeks.

There are no bonuses or merit raises. Depending on the position you’re hired for, training maybe be brief. Some of the managers are great, but office politics will play a part in the positions you get and how you are treated.
