      Pros

      Ability to make a lot of money. Remote work is ok. Fun/competitive atmosphere

      Cons

      They change the commission structures for developers, making the bonuses a little harder to hit. They are still fairly easy to hit to easily make over 200k. Their health benefits could use some work, but they do contribute to an HSA, and there is a 50% match on 401k, so there’s that.

      This company is the best I have worked with.. Here are the reasons. 1. The best compensation. 3 times the market standards. 2. Stock options. 3. No compulsion to come to office. 4. Extremely flexible work timings. 5. Zero pressure work environment. 6. Extremely good perks. 7. No matter what happens on business side, people are the first priority for the conpany

      Pros

      The pace is fast, but the teams are competent enough to keep up with it. You're moving quickly alongside smart people, not scrambling to keep things together. Leadership is excellent and clearly sets the tone for how the broader organization operates. The culture stands out. People are kind and engaged in a way that feels real, not performative. The brands in the portfolio are strong, which makes the work easy to get behind. Comp is competitive and the operational infrastructure is already there. For anyone who wants to move fast and actually get things done, it's a great environment.

      Cons

      As with any growing company, some systems are still being built out and aren't fully functional yet. There are many on the team who are relatively new, and the pace is fast, so there's an element of building the plane while flying it. However, this is an opportunity to have ownership and accountability for growth.
