Pros

Great brands, good opportunity to move internationally! Multiple category divisions to work on to gain experience. They are very good at moving people cross functionally. They offer training programs.

Cons

Nestle Canada is a very flat organization, and for those looking for the fast track, you may be disappointed as it is very slow to promote. The canadian performance is below the group average internationally and therefore there is significant pressure for Canada to improve it's performance. As a result senior management has been cutting people and costs and restructuring year after year. The people resources have been cut at all levels, however the pressure at lower levels and the ability to get the job done is starting to take it's tole. There are still great opportunity for improved efficiencies, for a large corporation it has very little defined processes and structure.
