Big Reputation, Superiors can be accommodating to needs, Many Perks or benefits. Guaranteed job security if sticking to same position.
Cons
Does not seem like a meritocracy. Depends on who you know or who likes you. More emphasis on relationships than actual ability. Hence, workload can be unfair. Those who do more may not get recognized unless they brag about it.
