Great product with true differentiators in a crowded market. WFH flexibility, leadership cares about their employees and the complexity of their daily lives. Awesome culture that promotes working hard within your working hours and provides surprise gifts to really encourage employees and make them feel taken care of. Great benefits packages. Executives stay close to the ground floor and are heavily involved in day to day operations. Recent management & leadership training have provided development for people managers.

While leaders have addressed based on previous employee feedback and are currently working on developmental plans, career development could continue to improve.
