I was perhaps a bit naive to have read the reviews and believed it wouldn't apply to the team I'm working with now. There's no sequential, logical training structure...goes from the easiest assay to the most complicated within weeks. Overtime is expected readily without notice. It appears as though promotions are offered as a result of a passage of time or commitment to overtime rather than it being deserved. I've observed BLATANT racism, bullying, backstabbing and ganging up on people from all levels. I've also seen managers discuss a lady's family issues involving social workers and a messy divorce from an abusive ex-husband, in front of a team of lab personnel. This caught wind and spread like wild fire. Some people are great to work with, but they're all wanting to leave. I'm starting to see why...
