Pros
It's my experience that the company truly cares about employees, and tries to support associates mental, physical well-being, along with supporting their professional & personal lives. The company benefits are really good, and there is ample opportunity to professional growth.
Cons
The company has a great vision, mission, and set of values. But as Red Hat has grown, it is sometimes challenging to understand how the vision, mission, and value apply to particular teams/divisions/departments. Parts of Mid-Senior management are not always providing the context of how a particular department's activities align with the vision/mission/values - and seem more driven by meeting quarterly quotas.
