      Pros

      Great training opportunity through the EIT program. There are multiple career paths to choose from within the same building (Mayfield Heights, OH). The facility has several accommodations including an employee gym, cafeteria, and convenience store.

      Cons

      Long drawn out projects can make the job seem boring and monotonous. If you aren't from the Cleveland area, prepare for some torturous winters. Benefits aren't the greatest.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
