Stay away, Very Very Far Away - Anonymous employee SG360º Employee Review

New executives have already started running the company into the ground. Last year the CEO asked us to vote a 10% temporary pay cut, which we gave him, then he still shut our building down on straight time days to save money even though we did have work. This practice still continues. They are trying to cut costs by screwing over the employees. The current executives are hard core anti worker. People are ready to leave and no one in production has any respect for their leadership. Our current contract which they refuse to sign, only includes a $12 a week raise. Any company that thinks they can save money yet increase production at the expense of the workers is already lost. Stay away from SG360 at all costs
