Thanks so much for your review and your positivity. We know that the core system conversion is a challenge for everyone involved, but we are so impressed with the core team and all employees who are embracing the change with optimism. We also appreciate you highlighting your favorite benefits and perks and for your kind advice to management, which we will certainly pass along. You are correct; no organization is perfect, but we do our best to provide a positive employee experience for all of our team members. Thank you again for leaving a review.

Pros

The credit union has paid for a lot of my education, I am very grateful. Also love the 401k match.

Cons

•Getting back-office support for the front lines after 4:00 p.m. is very difficult. Card services often leaves for the day and it’s hard to get someone to help with members in our FC. •I also wish the marketing team supported Retail more. It often feels like every time we propose a community event or new idea, we’re told no. Our promotional items are the same things over and over, and we’re rarely given enough to support the events they send our FC to. Interactions with marketing are negative, and it’s easy to come away feeling like our requests are a burden rather than a partnership. We used to be able to lead initiatives, with marketing helping bring them to life. Now it often feels like all decisions are made for Retail instead of with Retail, and we have very little input. Somewhere along the way, that collaborative partnership shifted, and it leaves the impression that the FCs perspectives no longer carry value. We are shut down and told no by marketing constantly.
